What is the pricing for your service?

Our service starts at $50 per person, with a minimum spend of $500. We include all fees except gratuity, which we suggest at 20% of the total bill. Payment is due on the day of the event.

Should I leave a tip for the chef?

Gratuity goes straight to the chef and is appreciated!

Are beverages included in the price?

No, Sake is available for your party. Additionally, you are welcome to prepare beverages such as water, beer, and other drinks.

Is it possible to pay with a credit card?

Cash is the only payment method we are accepting at the moment. 

What is the duration of the experience?

The experience typically lasts for around 1 hour and 30 minutes, during which time our chef will prepare the food and provide entertainment for all guests.

Travel fee & what is your location or base of operations?

We provide service within a 50-mile radius of our Los Angeles and Orange County locations. Our base is located in the 91789 area code of Los Angeles. The first 20 miles of travel to your location is complimentary, while each additional mile beyond 20 will incur a fee of $2 per mile. For example, if your location is 35 miles away, the travel fee would be $30 (15 miles x $2).

What do I need to prepare for my party?

We recommend preparing tables and chairs for your guests to provide a comfortable setting for your event. 

  1. For groups of up to 10 people: two 8' rectangular tables arranged in an L shape. 
  2. For larger groups of between 12 and 15 people: three 6' rectangular tables arranged in a U shape work well. 
  3. Please have eating utensils, plates, and salad bowls available for your guests.

Our chefs only require space to set up their grills, so we can accommodate almost any type of arrangement you prefer for your party.

Do you set up tables & chairs for the party?

Unfortunately, we do not provide set-up services for parties. However, we invite you to take a look at our photo gallery to see how our other customers have set up their events.

Do I need to know what food options/proteins I want when I make my reservation?

No, To reserve your date, simply select your booking date and time. We'll send you an email to confirm your protein choices, which must be provided no later than 3 days before the event.  $50 non refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. Our reservations manager will be in touch with you to finalize all the details after you've made your reservation. However, if you need to cancel your party, please inform us at least 72 hours before the event. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Can I get a quote?

We'd be happy to provide you with a personalized quote for your event! Just give us some information about your party (such as number of guests, any upgrades or special requests), and we'll create a quote tailored to your specific needs.

Do you offer an indoor party? 

We understand that sometimes outdoor parties aren't feasible due to space constraints or weather conditions. In those cases, we're happy to offer indoor parties as an alternative option. If you're interested in our indoor hibachi service, we ask that you turn off your fire alarm and make sure there are no sprinklers in the service area. It's also recommended that the service area be located near a window or door for proper ventilation. While the food and entertainment will be similar to our outdoor service, our chef may adjust the fire aspects of the show to ensure everyone's safety. If you have any questions about ventilation options or other details for indoor parties, our reservations manager can assist you after you've made a booking.

What is the age range of the kids?

Our kids' price applies to children aged under 12, while those aged 13 and above will be charged the adult price.

When is the chef scheduled to arrive?

You can expect the chef to arrive at the reserved time. We'll need a few minutes to set up before the service begins.

Do you offer gluten-free cooking services with your chef?

We've had the pleasure of serving numerous gluten-free customers, and the chef is equipped to prepare gluten-free food for your event.

If any guests have food allergies, how do you handle that?

When making your reservation, please inform our reservations manager of any food allergies so that our chef can take necessary precautions while preparing your meal. Additionally, kindly remind the chef of any food allergies when they arrive for your event.

What if someone is a vegetarian?

We provide tofu to meet vegetarian needs, but the price does not change per person . We will supplement their dishes with additional fried rice, veggies, and salad.
